I’ve been on the web since the other day because I was looking for a Photoshop effect that I once saw in someone else’s blog that I could no longer remember the website. She edited a little girl’s picture and it turned out to be a really beautiful photo. I was envied. I want to learn how she did that too-so here I am, sticking my nose trying to look for that kind of effect tutorial and I couldn’t find any. I can’t explain it anyway so it’s very impossible for me to ask help from the Pro’s *LOL. On a lighter note, I however found new-to-me effects that I will be attempting to achieve later on…wish me luck.
Anyhow, I’ll be going to the gym again later this afternoon to shed these unwanted belly fats piling in me. I’ve been on the session for a couple of months but…my belly’s still ballooning with FATz. When will this shrink down???!!!!!! Pray for me to remain motivated hahahahaha.
Just thought of sharing this article I’ve stumbled upon:
FOODS THAT FIGHT WRINKLES
Load up on: Cut down on:
Vegetables Red meat
Beans Butter
Olive oil Sugary, processed foods
Nuts
Whole-grain bread
Sure, every health expert says you should eat this way, but skin researchers have found that people who actually do have bodies that not only are physically younger, healthier, and slimmer, but they're also less likely to get wrinkles. Cool.
Why? Experts suspect it's because the foods in the "load up" column are crammed with antioxidants, those cellular warriors that fight both aging and disease. Specifically, credit for their wrinkle-fighting success is given to five potent antioxidants -- vitamins A, C, and E, zinc, and selenium -- which excel at reducing the amount of free radicals skin cells produce. Free radicals are what do the aging damage in the first place.
Wondering what to have for dinner tonight? How about a whole-wheat veggie pizza?
